Upon reviewing their recruitment practices, they are closely aligned with the best recruitment practices in the world mentioned in the human resources books. This is a hint or an indication of the level of efficiency of the entire system.
In short, elite elites from governmental organizations and an environment that I would like and have the honor to join, even as a volunteer, and I have not found any governmental or private organization with the level of their professionalism.
