I was so excited to come here as it was my first time. Checked in yest. (7/1/17) and am checking out today (7/2/17). Apparantly this is a pet friendly hotel and I did not know it until I heard animals barking in every room around me until 10pm last night and in the afternoon when I checked in @ 4pm. The barking just never stopped. We even complained to concierge and front desk and they did "absolutely nothing!!!" They didn't care. Its my birthday weekend and I'm devastated. I got woke up again at 7am this morning by dogs howling and barking when their owners left -- this stay has been horrible. I came here for relaxation and I got anxiety and stress instead. Im so tired!!! Im so frustrated!! Please don't stay here if your looking to sleep. I'm so tired and the staff is not wanting to lift a finger for me and thinks offering a breakfast voucher is good enough. I decline. Thanks but no thanks. The one star is only because bed soft and most others in hotel were nice.
