They are supposed to be working with our engineering firm. Our GM has just told us that they have just REFUSED to do the work specified by the engineers. "it wasn't in the scope of the original contract" There are already 3 million in change orders ( 6.2 Million contract) so adding to the contract hasn't been an issue until now. Not completing this work will cause damage to some condos down the road - when they are long gone. BBB complaint is next.
