Went through a rude receptionist, ending up with an impatient billing department. Also gonna have to agree with John Brady here, when I went the staff was not accepting patients OVER and hour and a half before they close, unlike what the owner said in his response. This was with an empty lobby too after being denied the previous day because I was 15 minutes earlier than the hour before they close. The patience of the waiting room staff there is incredibly disappointing for a business that deals in people.
