If I could put a negative star review, I would. First off, if you are a single person wanting to buy furniture, forget about getting approached. The sales people only approach couples until you ask to speak with a sales person. Finally, when I asked for a sales person, she was really nice and helpful. Purchased a bedroom and furniture set (At $6200, this was a decent amount of furniture). Was given a delivery date a few weeks out...all understandable and acceptable. The day comes for my furniture delivery, and I don't hear a peep. Reached out to my salesperson who checks in to my order. She tells me that there was a damaged part that had to be ordered and they can't deliver the furniture for another 2 weeks! Unacceptable! I told them I would be canceling my order, so they come back with a date for delivery 5 days later. STILL unacceptable. If I wouldn't have reached out, I would have been sitting in my home waiting for a call from the delivery driver. NO communication and a terrible business model if the people working to arrange the truck/delivery don't communicate these issues with the sales people. CANCELLED order and I will never go back.
