Orthopaedics Plus Physical Therapy has provided me with amazing care for a lower back disc herniation. I went from being in pain all the time, to being able to bike, swim and play with my kids again. My pain level has decreased significantly since I began physical therapy. Justin has taught me to rethink the choices I make and how I use my body. His counseling and exercise regime have helped my back feel significantly better and he has given me hope that I will be able to get back to my normal way of life and activities. Orthopaedics Plus Physical Therapy is fantastic and I couldn't recommend Justin and his team any more highly!
