Before visiting here, I thought the Holocaust would have nothing to with my country and myself because I just thought it is the Holocaust happened in Germany which is far away from me in distance-wise. However, the museum told me this is global and whole world is involved with this Holocaust. I was so sad and depressed because Holocaust is still going on somewhere in the world such as Syria. Why??? I was so impressed by this question. Humans beings are all equal regardless of ethinity, color, appearance, gender, and extras.... We are all EQUAL. Why did people hate Jews and how could they kill 600 million Jews......... How could they do that? The thing makes me more sad is that there are still discriminations in terms of Race, Gender, Social status, and so on..... in the world. Why do we hate each other? Why can t we love each other regardless of them? Is it a nature of Human being to have hatred? Those kinds of questions keep ringing... I think this is the power of the museum. When you come to DC, NEVER miss this museum.
