They do an amazing job presenting some really tough material. It is a lot of information so we spent 3.5 hours there and there are not many places to sit, especially early in the exhibits. The exhibits are presented in a linear fashion so everyone goes through in the same order... Early exhibits can be packed, as people start moving through the displays faster (due to physical or emotional fatigue) it's easier to view them. The most horrifying images are shielded from view so you can choose to look or not. There is an exhibit geared for children out in the free area which presents the concepts well and still a wide range of ages, worth a visit if you can't get times entry passes.
