I am rating purely as a visitor, not as a customer of this hotel.

In my mind, if you are in Nashville, then this place is one of the top in the list to visit. The things they did inside are purely amazing. I was walking for 3 hours and wow!

You can visit it freely as entrance is open for everyone during working hours. There are places to eat and gift shops - a bit on the expensive side but it is expected.
