This dealership is incredibly accommodating and there's no sense of 'aggressive' deal making going on. My trade in was fair and Ben made it very easy to understand and execute. This is our second time working with him and each time it's been personable and pleasant. I am giving it 4 stars however because it seems like the dealership as a whole could do better on separating their attention on walk in's to people who have made appointments. Overall though, great experience!
