I regret taking my car in for repairs at Audi Arca...

I regret taking my car in for repairs at Audi Arcadia, my car has been with Audi Arcadia for 2 weeks now and when I called last week I was told that my car will be ready sometime this week,so I called in again yesterday only to be told by the consultant that no one committed to my car being ready this week, please note that I was charged R35000 for my 2009 Audi A3...I kindly asked the consultant if Audi would borrow me a car for the weekend as I have a Family function to attend and I have already told everyone that we'll be able to make there based on empty promises by the consultant. I just need a car for me and my family for the weekend, but according to the consultant I have to get a 'plan B'...after paying R35000 I'm told to get a 'plan B'?. I'm truly disappointed not only at Arcadia branch but at Audi as Company.
