Always had my car serviced here and generally everything was neatly done .. until that one time.

I came in with a light from the ABS. ABS stopped working and Auto Smeeing would read it out and fix it. I liked the quiet wait in the pub, but you pay for that too ..

After a while one of the employees came to me and indicated that the left sensor had been replaced, but the light still remained on. They wanted to read it again but were charged around 120 euros to read it again. In addition, it was casually announced that a lamp was broken and they had replaced it, ala something of 14 euros in costs. Cost is not that high, but I already had the lamp at home and do not like doing 'just' things.

Given the high cost of the reading, I decided not to do it immediately, but to drive around for a while. So just kept driving like this for a few weeks.

After a few weeks decided to go to a garage anyway, but chose another garage that friends recommended. Vehicle parked there and has been neatly repaired. According to the mechanic, the left ABS sensor was broken.

?? That was just replaced by car smeeing ?? Called by car Smeeing, would sort it out and call back. Dropped by two weeks later. Even then story explained, new repair still cost 130 euros, for actually double work. They were going to find out and I would be called that week after that. It also took a week indeed.

Auto Smeeing came up with the story that I should have come up with it earlier and if they had known they could have done something with the supplier. Now that was not possible, so they offered a 25% discount on the next repair .. In my view, no chance offer. Especially considering the 130 that the repair cost again.

Apparently Auto Smeeing does not check his / her repairs at the end .. Because you come for a new sensor, but it has never been checked .. You would just have your brake discs replaced there!

In short: Lost customer! ;)
