This hotel is asking for a lawsuit by refusing to provide a reasonable accomodation for a person with a medical disability. Steer clear if you are disabled. They will take all the money in your account and refuse to honor you a room. HORRIFIC TREATMENT BY THIS USUALLY GREAT BRAND.
