I called Zea last Tuesday September 29th around 4:40pm to make a reservation for an anniversary party of 6 people on Saturday October 3rd at 7:30pm. She didn t get my phone number but had me down there for that day and time. We all made it on time that Saturday, my name was on there- but the excuse was I should have called earlier that evening to basically make sure I was coming/my party was available. That was the worst excuse I ve ever heard. My name was on there, I said what was the purpose of me calling a few days ahead to reserve the table for no reason whatsoever? She got my phone number and said 45minutes but probably sooner, she apologized because the person on the phone when I was making the reservation was probably new so didn t tell me that. Fine. During the wait, we called and made a reservation at a restaurant in Broussard and were seated waiting for our food and got the call an hour later- at 8:30. Zea s closes at 9 so no thank you on that end. Just letting people know. We have eaten there once before and it was a big party of 20 so I assumed I was doing the right thing, that was wrong on my end...
