Review of 7th City Housing

PROS: Nice layouts, well decorated and nice finish...

PROS: Nice layouts, well decorated and nice finishing. Amenities are great, gym, clubhouse and pools. The renting staff is great, I dealt with Nicky and she's an incredible person that cares about you and your family. Every single issue I had related to the apartment was taken care in a timely manner.

CONS:

NO SECURITY: You're paying for a gated community and the back gate is always broken, giving the opportunity for numerous burglaries and drug dealing inside the community. (If this issue is not resolved before my lease ends, I will not renew and look for another place to live)

FILTHY COMMUNIT - They're understaffed on cleaning, such a shame to see a beautiful community being trashed by people that lives there. It's not cheap to live here, you'd expect a better level of common sense... I guess money doesn't buy education and proper manners. Things I've found around: Used Condoms, Drugs paraphernalia, food containers, beer bottles, soda cans and the list goes on... Not to mention that there's always someone smoking weed somewhere.

PARKING - They have more residents than parking space, if you don't arrive home before 6, most likely you won't find parking space... if you arrive early, don't you dare go to a supermarket or restaurant, you'll park miles from your home.
