While the wait was longer then I had hoped, especially when waiting for a specific machine that maps the layers of the back of the retina, I very impressed with all of the staff at Harvard Eye Associates. Every single person I interacted with was professional, and they took the COVID-19 precautions very seriously. I will be going back for computer/reading glasses, and look forward to the experience.
