We didn't even get to see our movie due to a fire ...

We didn't even get to see our movie due to a fire in the kitchen. We didn't make it to our theater room before we were told to leave the building. Okay fine. But when I called multiple times over the next few days to get a refund, no one ever answered the phone. I e-mailed corporate and they told me we had to go BACK to the theater for a refund. Okay NO I do not live near the theater and it's it's a major inconvenience that they can't handle a refund over the telephone. It was a mad house at the theater and we will never go back to this location, especially because they don't seem to care about their customers.
