The staff was exceptional. Unfortunately the facilities are severely lacking. We stayed on a floor that looked like it had been flooded and no treatment was done afterwards. There was mold in the shower, all the base boards were warped and even the tv remote didn t work. After calling room service someone came by to say that that s just how the rooms look. This was an upgraded room as well, not even the standard room. They changed our remote but it still couldn t change channels without walking up to the tv. We tried to just stay at the hotel as little as possible. Good thing Bahamas is beautiful.
