We are extrenely grateful for Icon's work on our house renovation project. They were highly recommended by our friends as they had a positive experience with the company and we now feel the same way after our project was done. Icon explained the process from the planning phase to its full completion. There was no pressure on us as to options available for us to choose. They helped us with difficult decisions along the process. Their employees are top-notch with experience, integrity, hard work and professionalism. They were sensitive to our needs and respected our privacy as we camped out upstairs during the whole construction process. JENNY has a positive outlook and she helped us with the design layout and options. Her design choices are classy:)

MIKE chose the right subcontractors to do the job and checked out the construction process to make sure the work was done per plan.

KRISTI helped us with the cabinet design taking into consideration our family's needs.

SORIN was our contact person from the beginning 'til the end. He was the man who made sure the workers did their job as per contract and schedule. He helped us with some choices and decision making as well. He kept us updated with the timeline and his hard work was evident as the project was done in 3 months and 8 days as opposed to the 4-6 months estimate. He is knowledgeable, hands-on, patient and kind and addressed our questions, issues and concerns any time of the day via text, email, phone calls and in-person:)
