I recently used the services from the Skypilot networks for setting up a new internet connection at my home. Their website was easy to navigate and had useful information about their services. However, the actual installation process took longer than expected, and there were a few issues with the connection stability. The customer service team was responsive but it took some time to resolve the issues. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciated the transparency and the efforts to resolve the issues, but the initial installation and connectivity problems were a bit of a letdown. I hope they can improve their service and provide a more seamless experience for their customers in the future.
