I recently used the services of CannonPoint Consulting for some business strategy advice. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, and they provided some solid recommendations for my business. However, I did find the overall experience to be just average. The communication could have been more proactive, and at times, I felt like I had to chase them for updates. The pricing was also on the higher side compared to other consultants I've worked with in the past. While the deliverables were satisfactory, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, my experience was just okay.
