We have been Visix customers since 2016 and are very pleased with the products and support we received. Our account manager, Rory, proactively notifies me of new products and services and quickly responds with useful information when I email him-- thanks, Rory! The Tech Support team has been helpful from initial launch and working out implementation kinks to helping to diagnose and resolve problems-- e.g., user error, software, hardware. I consider Visix to be a partner in Genesee Community College's digital signage system, and I am proud to share our success stories with colleagues and others looking for a digital signage solution.
