If I could give this place a zero I would. Upper management,including the executive director Harry,show no compassion or concern for their lack of competence. They make excuse after excuse as to why something was not done. My son went without medication on two seperate ocassions on the fault of their own. I was assured it wouldn't happen again and then it did. They are very lazy with your care and play around with peoples medications. The worse part of it all is when you look for help no one wants to help,only want to apologize for what was done after the fact,never trying to make things easier for their patients. The therapist are wonderful, just don't go if your needing any type of medication. Worse place ever,upper management needs to be fired!!! I bet if it was their kid,the roles would be flipped and the concern would be completely different. If you don't want to help,why be in this type of field?!?!!
