Sundance is the quintessential place to relax, commune with nature, and even explore your artistic abilities in the many classes offered here. One's practice of meditation or yoga can also be nurtured , and the serenity of the spa and its outstanding treatments will allow you to feel as if you have never been so relaxed before in your life. Sundance is not a resort with swimming pools, tennis courts, and golf courses. Fortunately, it offers something much rarer: tranquillity. Whether one gets up early to witness the sunrise on Mt. Timpanogos or stays up to watch the moon and stars fill the sky, Sundance may very well become a personal retreat, as it is for me. I have now been fortunate enough to have been able to experience during six visits the rejuvenation that this gorgeous mountain setting provides.
