Terrible experience at this hotel. Everything is outdated here. The rooms are small, the customer service is terrible, was charged for a movie we did not watch, and they do not have enough carts to load your own luggage. Take your business elsewhere. You're better off at a Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, etc.
