I've been buying shirts from them online for years. I've yet to make it into the store, because I leave about 1500 miles away. This hasn't stopped me from getting great, custom made shirts. I'm a big guy - both width and height. They have full explanations on the site that allowed me to take my own measurements and have shirts designed with great, high-quality fabrics. I will say, I messed up the first shirts measurements, but used it to adjust my measurements and even got it replaced when I asked for an alteration. Great services, great products, and if their showroom is like their site, engaging enough without being pushy. Great company.
