The website design is very polished, intuitive, functional and attractive. Proper Cloth puts a focus on a good online shopping experience, and provides easily accessible help for people that don't know how to figure out their measurements, which makes ordering from them pleasant and easy. The shirts are made perfectly to specifications, and they allow for a huge amount of customization without it being overwhelming or redundant, which helps make the shirts feel more personal. It's expensive, but actually worth it imo -- the shirts live up to the price if you are responsible in your decision making about which and how many fabrics to buy, and how well you measure yourself. They also provide a single free resizing of one shirt from your first purchase, so if you get the size wrong the first time, you can have another chance with no extra cost, which you'll probably have to do the first time because measuring yourself for an online order is tough. I've had a great experience with their online service so far, and am happy with everything about my shirts. Never been to the shop in person though.
