Customer since 2014. I own more than a dozen of their shirts now, mostly for work but also casual e.g. denim. Stitching has not failed on any of them. It took one shirt when I signed up to get a very good fit and two shirts to dial in the exact measurements. Everything since then is exactly what fits me. I will not buy off the rack shirts anymore; there simply is no reason when made-to-measure looks so good.
