I get my LaMer products directly from this store even though my go to gal Daphne moved to a different store location.Ive always had a stellar experience from day one with any of the staff (and they happen to know me already on a first name basis) except for this specific staff at LaMer- short hair with glasses 60-70's age woman.Since Ive been stocking up on their products and didn't realize I have duplicates on certain items, I stopped by to exchange to a different items presenting my ID ,and also explained to her my Nordstrom card was in my bag when my car was broken into days before should she need additional identification. This specific staff automatically replied with a condescending tone "I don't think we can "credit" it back to your card" and " I have to type the barcode" while the male manager was across from the register listening. ONE, the purpose of my visit was to exchange and TWO even if I don't have my Nordstrom card, they can automatically link my name with the bar code in the products. Since her tone didn't ring well , I just asked her if she can do a gift card- which I happily spent it at their eastside location. Im assuming she'd be happy to oblige like a hyena if this involved commission.
