Over issued tickets for Ant and Dec Saturday Night...

Over issued tickets for Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway, cost us a dog sitter, train journey, and overnight accommodation on my birthday, where over 100 people were turned away!!! Despicable way to treat people! Told us to come back next week, but start queuing at 11am. Thanks for nothing!!
