Not buying another Fox product. My bike has been offline for approximately 6 - 7 weeks now from a warranty job on a Fox product that was a few months old. I send it to Solasport who was the only local establishment in the country to provide local warranty jobs and upon return, while my Fox product has been resolved, a new issue had developed. I ve contacted Solasport again and they requested I send the item back. And now we are on the 4th week of their stock take when really there is a management/ownership change. And whenever I get in touch with someone on the phone they are rude and irritated by customers calling in. You d think they would behave differently considering the business they are in. Will not be getting another Fox product again solely so I do not have to deal with this company.
