Fiber line was installed a week ago, All I can do ...

Fiber line was installed a week ago, All I can do is look at the routers red light now. Sent emails, phoned in. Someone messed up with the fiber username/password and they haven't been able to get it right since. There is internet coming to the router just waiting for config change on their side now. They got a 5 year old to write the password on the router with blue crayon, can't tell if it is 0 or O or o or i or I or L or l. Anyway got the password from the email but that still doesn't work. Was mislead by their adverts for 1, 2, 3 and you're set to go, they didn't mention how long it takes to go from 2 to 3.

Fiber sorted now. It was an incorrect password given to me
