They blew a vein in my brother s hand and didn t notify us. Due to his condition a paper cut can be detrimental to him. Since then he has developed an infection. The LTC facility he was in blames it on the hospital, the hospital blames it on the LTC facility. My brother is non-verbal and bed ridden and the care he has received by this hospital and the LTC are deplorable. If you don t like your job, have a passion to help people, or have a tiny bit of empathy find another profession.
