The package from DPD was not handed over to me. I had tried to contact a service hotline after hanging in the queue for half an hour I hung up. The deliverer left the package somewhere, which is absolutely unreasonable. Customer service is very small at DPD and is a smooth 6 for me. If I could I would give zero stars.
