Literally killed a family member of ours and terrified our sick child who had never had an IV - the nurse jabbed at him recklessly with no warning (he was 5!!) and when he screamed and tried to pull away (like any 5 yr old would who had no idea what was going on) she nastily said "Well great now you just went and gave yourself a hematoma!" Really??
Pretty worthless hospital. Especially for what it costs this town in taxes too! Drive anywhere but here - Cooks is top notch for kids!!
