Beautiful gardens but today 3rd August at around 5...

Beautiful gardens but today 3rd August at around 5 pm had to use public toilets and was challenged by very aggressive and disrespectful lady receptionist who kept screaming whether I was staff.
I'm a 78 year old neighbour who frequently visits and this is first time this happens. Other staff are gentle and understanding not only with elders but with families and small kids.
Bad experience.
