Pros: Local Employees. Polite and they try to be helpful but their hands are bounds with company red tape. Short wait times. Delivery of service is reliable.

Con 1: Had to chase down $75 Gift Card. Finally got it. Gift Card amount on letterhead was $125, so I figured it was a customer service gesture due to the wait. No, it was a misprinting that Encore refused to honor, even though I took my concern to Customer Loyalty and then a 3rd party Utilities Commission(sharks with no teeth).

Con 2: They would not honor the new $50 Credit promotion, even though my account is in excellent standing. I tried speaking to different departments including Customer Loyalty, but s big No!

Can I recommend them. Well, Utility Providers and Retailers are a Cartel and their made up service fees are the same wherever you go. The service and delivery fees are more than the energy cost itself. The Utility Commission (a total joke) has no teeth and can only recommend a utility company do something and not enforce it.
