twice in 12 months my card is blocked for no reason. it costs me 250 km every time because I have to come in person and solve a problem that never existed !!!!!! It is not enough to say that you are incompetent !!! your service is so good that you cost me 500 km in 12 months .... I shit on your service !!!!!
