Yeah for the small business man!!!!!
I called first to see it my tire could be fixed... Took out my bike for the first time this year and as I was putting air in the tire the valve slipped down inside the rim ooopsie!!!! But the owner said bring it in and he would take a look. Well as I entered I was greeted with a smile and a big hello! He took my bike in the back workshop and fixed it so quickly! I asked him how much I owe him and he said he would send me a bil!!! Lol he doesn't have my address!!! No charge!!!!Now that is customer service!!!! Thank you Carmen's Schwinn!!!!
