I stayed in this hotel every time I go to Hong Kong. The hotel is next to a huge big shopping mall and make my shopping experience so pleasant. The customer service is excellent and the room and bathroom is roomy , clean and environment is good compared to the other hotel in HK.
Impressive me the most is the free breakfast with good variety and friendly staff, it really worth the price and is definitely a pleasure stay. I am highly recommend this hotel.

P.S. Mr Ken Lau , the service supervisor at the breakfast banquet is a gem of the hotel, He solved my problem quickly and professional cause I am sensitive to certain kind of food. He is willing to listen and react quickly and helpful. Please accept my sincere thankful Mr. Lau.
