I had an excellent service experience at Imperial Ford. Mr. Borrelli was very courteous and professional, as is the rest of the Imperial team. He was accurate with his service time estimate. He was thorough and honest while explaining what needed to be done. My Ford Escape just needed a routine maintenance and oil/grease job, but he still took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I have been very happy with my Imperial experience from day one. - G. McBride
