I reserved the Piedmont Park Gazebo for a a propos...

I reserved the Piedmont Park Gazebo for a a proposal on Feb. 17th, 2018.

I called the Friday before the event and was told that I was good on my end, I had my permit, my waiver had been signed, that I did not need to check in with anyone the day of the event, and that a sign would be placed in front of the gazebo to block the public from entering the reserved space.

When I got to the gazebo no sign had been placed, the gazebo was as it always is and because of that I had the public constantly disrupting my event.

I had people coming in constantly, one person kicked over a glass vase of flowers spilling water all over my photographers equipment. I had a suspicious man come in and start playing music very loudly on his phone. This event was reserved so that I could propose to my fiance, and I am completely dissatisfied with the service because of the constant interruptions.

What if someone not from my party had come in and caused a mess or damage during my event because it had not blocked it off? I signed the waiver and was responsible for the space, but because they had not blocked it off I had no control over the public.

I called to speak to a supervisor about my complaint and was just told to email some support line.

I hope I get my money back, because I may as well have not made a reservation if they weren't going to actually reserve the space for me.
