This person is taking care of me in this psychiatry and neurology department (outpatient department).

Regarding waiting time, accounting may take some time depending on the congestion situation.
However, though it is subjective (I have a history of visiting psychiatry for more than 10 years), it does not seem to be particularly slow compared to the general hospitals and psychiatry/psychiatric clinics I have taken care of.

There is no such thing as "3-5 minutes medical examination, no change in prescription" which is often the case in psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. Even if you can't put your current situation into words, you will be able to understand the patient's troubles and think about how to approach it. I am able to work on treatment with confidence and peace of mind.

The comedic staff also kindly responds. It's common for phones to get crowded and hard to connect.

Although it is difficult to take initial medical examinations and frequent medical examinations because it is a medical facility with high public interest (I explained that I am trying to give each patient time), but I can get the latest psychiatric care. We recognize that it is one of the few hospitals.
I feel very happy that I was transferred to another hospital.
