Trying to switch power companies and the woman I dealt with twice now was rude . Called me a liar in different words. Required 1000.00 deposit bc I've never been with them before mind you this is for a rental property . And she was so condescending and refused to give me to a real manager. Said thwy were gone. It's almost worth the drove to Plymouth to go speak to a real person face to face. I'm sure the public utilities commission smwouldnt appreciate them.
