Alma was amazing to work with. However, that is the only nice thing to say about the company right now. It took us just shy of a full month to sync our legacy software for our small business. You pulled the legacy software support before the new version is even fully functional. It does not have features on it that I use daily. I cannot see all of my heading columns as I could in legacy, and was told the development team was working on this. The manual adjustment feature is gone, so I'm unable to manually adjust lighter receipts that do not show up correctly, even though they scan fine in other software. The new software is rubbish and is not ready for use. I was even told that the expense reports I create should be 200 receipts or less or there might be errors. As stated, Alma was persistent and constantly checked on the issue. She spent hours helping the program when it stalled syncing as we were switching to the new software. I will be looking for a different software, as yours does not have the features I need. I have been a neat customer for over 10 years, and I am disappointed at the lack of preparation and specific capabilities the software is missing. I will not be recommending this software to anyone, and I will be looking for an alternative software and cloud service.
