****EDIT**** I was contacted by GreatAmerica and we have reached a solution. Mr. Doty was willing to work with us on our issues.

I would give a lower score if I could. I have been trying to cancel the service for months with no luck. I finally talked to someone in "customer service" who is no help at all. We have been short handed because of the pandemic and the whole country to trying to help businesses that have been affected but not Great America Financial. So again we are paying another 1400.00 for a service that we can not use. We will never use this company again
