I am a CT general contractor with a few businesses and niche brands that are known around the state. I like to consider myself a discerning consumer, especially as it relates to my businesses. Furthermore, I have a business background in web-based software and website development having worked for a few boutique development firms. I will not settle for "average" and will not spend money with a firm that cannot deliver the very best in what my businesses need with regard for SEO, PPC, web development and MOST IMPORTANTLY customer service. I am relieved and excited to say that we've found that in Keyword Performance LLC.

I have been working with this outfit for a few years now and they have become an extension of my business. I've developed a rapport with the owner Tom and a number of his personnel. Everyone is pleasant, engaging, professional, skilled and easy to work with. I cannot say that for so many other IT professional out there sadly. Much like the cliche contractor horror story, so many in my network have had horrible "take the money and run" experiences with web developers, designers and PPC consultants. Not with these guys! They do what they say, and say what they do. That said, I continue to extend one project after the next to them, always with 5-star results. I do not hesitate to recommend them to the next "discerning" business owner or consumer with the same reservations I've had.
