Our first time at McArdles was an extremely busy Friday night, not only was the restaurant crowed but we can see the takeout was out the door too. We waited a half hour to be seated, John the owner came to our table and informed us that the kitchen was doing its best, but it may take a little longer than usual for our food to arrive, he then offered us a complementary cup of their award winning crab & scallop soup, which was amazing!
Our food came to us in the average amount of time you would wait to be served , the waitress was so friendly and John the owner could not have been more gracious at a pressure packed Friday night .
Not only will we be back, but I will tell my friends and family.
Old school customer service , it s right there at McArdles.
