We had a transmission that had to be replaced. We were unhappy that Nissan would not honor an extended warranty that was bought by the original owner. Our car has under 22,000 miles on it but we didn't know that the original warranty ran out 6 weeks ago. We were given many different answers by your warranty department which caused a lot of problems for the wife of the deceased original owner and ourselves. On a gently driven car a transmission should last longer than that mileage. In fact I realized that a slight sound I had heard since buying the car was part of the transmission problem. So I will never purchase another Nissan.
The only good thing was the service we received from Javier in the service department. He was extremely professional and did his very best to help us with the warranty fiasco. So because of him we would return to Nissan for service. He did a great job.
