I purchased a car on December 3rd. They told me they would call me in a couple of days and they would have my title ready. I called them several times, and left messages with no call back. I then emailed them... Still no response. It's now December 21st and I just now have the title. On my way out I asked them if they could please issue me temp tags since I never received temp tags. They informed me they couldn't legally.. Which I understand. But they didn't even try to compensate all the lost time from them holding on to MY title.. No free oil changes or anything... I'm pissed. I now only have until January 3rd to pay the sales tax and get everything switched over.
